Who may qualify

Is ExpressWell right for me?

ExpressWell currently treats adults. Medication eligibility is generally based on a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 or higher with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea or heart disease.

A visit is a medical evaluation, not a guaranteed prescription. Final eligibility depends on your full evaluation and your clinician's judgment, and individual results vary.

You must be physically located in Virginia at the time of every visit. Your clinician will confirm your location at the start.
